I still have a few of these letters left from June, so I decided to make them available here.
This month’s theme is feeling. Not fixing yourself, not hiding what is uncomfortable, and not trying to turn every emotion into something productive. Just allowing yourself to feel what is already there.
This letter is about softness, honesty, and reconnecting with yourself underneath all the noise. About staying with your emotions instead of constantly trying to escape them.
