  • All letters are shipped on the 25th of each month.

  • Delivery times depend on your location. Within the EU, letters usually arrive within a few days.
    International delivery can take up to 3 weeks.

  • Subscribe before the 19th at 23:59 to receive that month’s letter.
    Subscriptions after this date will receive the following month’s edition.

  • You will be billed monthly on the same date you originally subscribed.

  • Each month you’ll receive a carefully curated envelope including:
    • A personal printed letter
    • An art print
    • An illustrated postcard
    • Stickers
    • A bookmark or paper good
    • A surprise goodie

    Each month follows a unique theme.

  • Yes, shipping is included and available worldwide.

  • To keep the Mail Club affordable, letters are sent without tracking.

  • Please allow enough time depending on your location.
    If your letter hasn’t arrived after the expected delivery time, feel free to reach out and I’ll help you.

  • Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time.

  • Yes, you can update your shipping details before the next billing/shipping cycle.

  • Yes, simply enter the recipient’s address at checkout.

  • If your mailer arrived damaged or incorrect, please email me with your name and photos of the item(s), and I’ll help resolve the issue.

  • At this time, we do not accept refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
